Our Story
At Pappy's Pit Stop BBQ, we believe that food is not just about sustenance, but also about bringing people together. That's why we started this small business, to create delicious meals and unforgettable experiences for our customers. A long family tradition of restaurants helped mold and create the love and passion we have for what we do. At Pappy's Pit Stop BBQ, we pride ourselves on using only the freshest and highest quality meats and ingredients. Pride and family tradition set us apart. All items are prepared by our family with no corners cut or short cuts taken. The meats you enjoy on any given day start smoking as much as 18 hours before they are ready. You will see if you happen to drive by, the smoker lit all night long with Pappy watching the fire all through the night into the morning. We are truly a business run with family traditions and family pride. Weather it's one of the 5 sons, the Mrs, or Pappy, you will taste and see the pride in what we do.
